The role
A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and service & maintenance visits.
Typically office based with occasional customer visits
Customer relationship and account management, proactively maintaining relationships with customers
Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
Quotes & followup
Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time
Working with Head of Engineering to enure service visits are scheduled timely.

Requirements
Customer service and account management experience
Ideally a background in spare parts and aftersales service in an engineering or machinery company ideally.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Likely to have experience as; aftersales manager, customer service manager, spares manager, account manager or similar
